Zero-emission deliveries
VPD is fully switching to zero-emission deliveries. We are reaching this goal by electrifying our fleet. By the end of 2023, our fleet featured 30 electric vans and 2 electric trucks.

A major challenge in last mile delivery is the fragmentation of the many final destinations. This is the reason we are fully committed to building a growing network of strategically located hubs. This is the most sustainable solution, and a catalyst for maximum use of electric vehicles in the last mile. Sustainable city logistics will become increasingly important, which is why we will continue to invest in it.
These logistics hubs are located on the outskirts or in the heart of the city. They are real switching points that enable us to deliver goods without any access restrictions, thanks to our dedicated zero-emission fleet.

Customized IT systems
We are opting for a customized IT package, because it gives us the necessary flexibility to define the service package exactly how you want it, without any IT limitations.
Live track & trace and feedback
Both you as our client and the end customer can continuously trace the status of an order and its location, with the necessary extra information from our back office. You can see step by step which actions we have taken to deliver the order, and you will be immediately informed when an end customer contacts you.

Reverse logistics
This step causes many logistics partners to stumble. Either it is not offered or it is poorly implemented. At VPD, we fully understand that a flexible exchange and return policy is a powerful commercial asset. This is why we have integrated the return flow into our core business. We can exchange products, or just pick something up, label the returned items in our hub, and return everything to you.
